Hello Everyone
This week’s blog comes from Andre de Almeida, first featured last week on his excellent www.insidethecask.com website.
Let’s face it, in the travel retail world today, it’s all about increasing the average pax spend and generating new types of experiences. This blog promotes five ideas that may well create new income streams. In fairness, some airports and retailers are already adopters of a couple of the ideas featured. Our argument is that more can genuinely be done and that the pace of change and enhanced experience needs to be dramatically increased to meet today’s ever-discerning travelling passengers.
