”Sustainability” was the buzzword on everyone’s lips at this months’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes. This week’s blog from Chris Madden has an interesting perspective on the meaningfulness of sustainability within the Travel Retail business and business in general. It takes a hard look at the hype of good intentions and provides some insight and a degree of realism as to whether sustainability should be inextricably linked to profitability.
